2. Click Run on the File-Download Security warning dialogue box.
3. Click Run on the second File-Download Security warning dialogue box.
4. The Remote Access Program will install in the background on your computer and prompt one of our representatives to establish the session.
5. Once the session is concluded, the program is automatically uninstalled.
